Nobody is keeping score and nothing there is a test. Show the ones that did not work, ask the question you think is too obvious to ask, and get better in public until the work speaks for itself — because that is the day you stop being a Spark.

There is a day when the work stops needing an explanation — when nobody asks what you were going for, because they can see it. On that day you are not a Spark any more. You are a full member of NWTY, and you are in with the Girrrls.
What the club does is make things together. Two of them, one idea, and the whole of it going wrong in interesting ways before it goes right. Nobody in there is being taught anything, which is the point — everyone already knows how, so what is left to look at is taste.
