Liability for content
As a service provider, the operator is responsible for their own content on these pages under the general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, a service provider is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general law are unaffected; liability in that respect begins at the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known. Content found to be infringing is removed promptly.
Liability for links
This site carries links to other sites, most of them published by members on their own profiles. The content of those sites is not ours and is outside our control, and the provider of the linked page is always responsible for it. Linked pages were checked for recognisable infringements at the time the link was published; nothing unlawful was apparent. Permanent monitoring of a linked page without concrete grounds is not reasonable. A link found to be infringing is removed promptly.
